    HOST MACHINE and OPERATING SYSTEM:
      WinXP Prof. SP2

    TOOL/AREA/CLASS/EXAMPLE AFFECTED:
      GME 5.9.21

    DOES THE PROBLEM AFFECT:
        EXECUTION

    SYNOPSIS:
      The generated header e.g. xxx_stub_export.h contain:
       No library_name specified, use -h for help

    DESCRIPTION:
      It seems that a environment variable is not set, but wich?
      the generated header contain all the same message, see above.
