Hi Andre,
Although 0.6 installer works, we discontinued a couple of binary
components in 0.6 starting from version 0.6.3. There should be no
observable change in the functionality though.

Yes, you should definitely give that a try. Although I have configured
the 0.6.3 installer to do the exact same registry settings as that of
the registry file under bin/Registry.
If that fails, open GME->goto File->Register Paradigms->Click
PICML->Click Components->Click PICML Manager->Click Toggle.->Import the
model XME.
Let me know if that works. We have few other things to try.
