[cosmic-users] Problem with simple stock quoter tutorial

Hi folks,

I have been following the steps given at
$ACE_ROOT$/TAO/CIAO/docs/tutorials/Quoter/Simple/.

The "idl_to_picml" import command in step 3 fails, I see the reason is
execution of cidlc in the previous step. So I guess, removing the
"cidlc" command from step 2 and moving that to a later step after 3rd
one would be good and help the users trying to follow the steps given
there.
