[cosmic-users] CoSMIC Build Error: Cannot open include file: 'Utility/ExH/ExH.hpp'

 Hello,

We're currently trying to build CoSMIC from scratch, we believe we have all
the dependencies and the most up to date version from the Git repository
however we have encounter an issue when trying to compile.

We have the following installed on a Win7 32bit machine:
GME 10.8.18
UDM 3.2.7
Boost 1.50.0
ACE+TAO+CIAO+MPC
Zlib 1.2.3
Xerces 3.1.1

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
