[cosmic-users] CoSMIC and XSC repositories moved

Hi folks - 

The CoSMIC and XSC Subversion repositories at svn.dre.vanderbilt.edu have been closed for commits.    These repositories have been converted to Git, and are now hosted at:

http://git.dre.vanderbilt.edu

If you require commit access for either of these repositories, please let me know.
