    TOOL/AREA/CLASS/EXAMPLE AFFECTED:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ISIS\CoSMIC\paradigms\PICML\examples\Hello.xme

    DOES THE PROBLEM AFFECT:
Cannot use COSMIC tool suite.

    SYNOPSIS:
Could not locate paradigm PICML

    DESCRIPTION:
GME 10 (10.8.18) cannot open "Hello.XME" example via "File" / "Import.XML ..."

    REPEAT BY:
Follow directions in README "Getting Started"; Failed to open "Hello" PICML example

    SAMPLE FIX/WORKAROUND:
None. Thought it was a PATH issue, but nothing tried worked.
