[EISA] Updates to the EINode

Hey Folks,

I have updated the EINode's code so that I can reconnect to the DAC, if
necessary. You can test it by deploying the application components
first, then deploying the EISA component's second. The EINode's will
(re)connect as soon as the DAC is it looking for comes online. This also
required updateds to the EINode XML configuration file. Please see the
XML documents in $(EISA_ROOT)/tests/sprint/lib/config for examples.
