[EISA] visual studio

[Thomas Silveria]

Hi All;
The latest error I'm seeing is that I don't have co_svntd.lib, 
e_a_svntd.lib, etc.  I'm not sure if I need them or if they are generate 
by using just CIAO from the CUTS interpreter.  Please see the attached 
vsRt1h.GIF
