[EISA] cuts_base not found - again

Hi James;
I have attempted to compile CUTS and see the following error:
D:\Software\middleware\CUTS>%ACE_ROOT%\bin\mwc.pl -type vc71 -features 
versioned_namespace=1 CUTS.mwc
MPC_ROOT was set to D:\Software\middleware\ACE_TAO_CIAO\ACE_wrappers\MPC.

Math::BigInt::FastCalc at C:/Program Files/Perl/lib/Win32
API/File.pm line 20
Using .../ACE_TAO_CIAO/ACE_wrappers/bin/MakeProjectCreator/config/MPC.cfg
DDS_ROOT was used in the configuration file, but was not defined.
'dynamic_types' directory /MPC not found.
Generating 'vc71' output using CUTS.mwc
