[EISA] CUTS with Swords

Thanks James;

I had already shut down the Swords for the year, but:
  - I brought up foil created EISA_9.4, 
  - I couldn't update EISA_9.3 because I corrupted the svn checking in 
RT1Hs9.3.xme from the BMW,
  - I copied some stuff from EISA_9.3 in to EISA_9.4, and 
  - It compiles!
