John,

I will be in Portsmouth on Friday to see a short demo of the current
system capability and to review and discuss the presentations. It is
important for us to have a well organized and clear message at the final
review. We need to spend time on Friday to discuss the key messages for
each presenter. The only presentation material we expect this Friday are
the "key messages" that each presenter plans on communicating. We will
also discuss the amount of time each presenter has, and how we will show
the demos to the customer. It is important to architect the customer
experience.

John,

I do appreciate that you can accommodate our schedule change to this
week. And, I agree that likely we will need more than the first day to
complete integration of the web UI.

We certainly understand that you, nor any one else, will have
presentation material ready. We do need to plan the presentations so
that we are together and have a consistent story. Then we will be able
to work on the presentations after the meeting. I understand your
recommendation and suggest that we spend just a couple hours
reviewing/discussing the agenda. It is Mike's call.

Hunt

Hunt,
Thanks for the agenda. I have been able to rework my schedule to
accomodate the meetings on Thu/Fri, however, I have two issues. 1) I
have not had time to work on a presentation, so I will not have a draft
to review on Friday, 2) I believe the work I will need to do to get the
web UI working with actual data will take more than a single day. I was
planning on the full two days to work this issue. If we are lucky, we
may get it done in less time, but I think it will be harder than that.
Mike, it's your call how you want me to spend my time over the two days,
so let me know if you have other preferences.
