[EISA] EISA_Main/Madagascar

Hi Again;
I'm not sure what was wrong yesterday I suspect operator error.

Today EISA_Main and Madagascar seem to work fairly well.  I am seeing the 
following error when I tear down Madagascar:
  - system exception, ID 'IDL:omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE:1.0'

This can be found in the attached r-135Logs.xxx winzip file folder in the 
revision-145Foilplan_launcher.log on line 35.
