Log Message:
-Non-sticky connect/disconnect mode added

-Toolbars floatable/redockable
    ReBar is not used anymore,
    Main toolbar splitted in two,
    New bitmaps added for these

-Control bar paint changed if floating

-Component launch can be restricted (Icon grayed out) based on the active view (focused model)

-Paradigm registered into user registry if an .xmp or .mta file is dropped onto the main window
