I think what we need is "perfectly" commented .idl files. I'm afraid, right
now we do not have resources to maintain (not to write once) a comprehensive
documentation of _every_ interfaces. So, we should comment the .idl files
instead, and maintain a good general mga library documentation (with new
general chapters on mgautil, and some other libraries).
