I think Feng has pointed this out but I wanted to be sure you know. In the BON for GME 3 there is a line in Component.def 

DllInstall Private

Until we remove this line from Component.def we cannot link the interpreter. It seems that this object doesn't exist and thus cannot be linked. Please look into this issue also.
