Another way to check whether you have all of the dll's in your path is to use the DependencyWalker (depends.exe) which can be found in the tools folder of your VisualStudio 6 installation.  Open your dll with depends.exe, and you will see the list of dependencies down the left side, and any that are not found in your path will be shown w/ a different icon.
 
If you're using .Nyet, then I don't know of any tool there that is equivalent.
