Hi,
Unfortunately you cannot set different icons for your java interpreters
in the current version. (This is a planed feature)

Subject: [gme-users] differences between representations
I have two questions: (I'm using GME 4.3.17)
1) Let's say that i define a model entity (using the MetaGME paradigm)
with
these attributes:
- name: mResources
- Displayed name: Computers
I interpret the metamodel and generate the corresponding new
paradigm.
When working with the new paradigm, if I create a new mResources
entity
in the model it will, automatically, have the name NewComputers. If I
check the properties of this element i get that the kind is
Computers.
However, if i export the model to an XML file i get that the kind is
mResources and the name is NewComputers.
I would like to know if someone can explain me why that happens? i
would
think that the kind wouldn't change from the model to its XML
representation. I still haven't checked what would be the kind if I
access the model from an interpreter.
2) The new Java version to access the BON2 interface is really good, I
think
that it reduces the development time a lot. What I would like to ask
is
if there's some way to change the icon that appears in the toolbar
once
the interpreter is registered. I'm trying to generate two different
interpreters for the same model, and it would be better if i
shouldn't
have to wait 'til the tooltip appears to know which button to use.
thanks in advance,
Francisco
