[gme-users] copy and paste references

I perform copy-paste operations quite frequently in GME, but whenever
there are references among the selected parts, the paste will fail,
throw an exception an GME will crash with an application error.
 
1, Would it be possible to support copying references, even with the
restriction that the referenced parts must be in the copied parts?
2, If not, have GME not to give an emergency event and crash, but handle
the error properly?
