[gme-users] Calling GME interpreters from the command prompt

Currently, we do not have such a tool. Implementing the required
functionality with COM consists of 2-3 lines of code (MgaUtil, MgaLauncher).
If you need to have a command line driven implementation, you should write
one. I'll put it in the contrib dir of GME.
