Dear Tipti,

It seems the XML model file is modified by hand or with a tool (It uses
custom id-s for some objects). Your XML file does also contain references
pointing to connection objects which is (currently) not a valid construction
in our modeling environment.
If I am wrong about the suspicion of manual tampering, let me know.
Otherwise, please consult the mga.dtd and the MGA library documentation
file.
(Now, if you remove all the referred="..." attributes of reference elements
with SignalInstanceRef role, you will be able to import the file).
