[gme-users] Use metamodel as meta-metamodel

Hi,
You could do a trick by defining all elements in A as abstract, and then
including this metamodel as a library in another metamodel, called B,
where you could subclass elements defined in A.
This is not exactly what you wanted, but may give you an idea.
