[gme-users] Decorator Problems

I have the Preprocessor flags set for the Project (see attached), and
the same error still comes up at build time. I wish I knew what was
causing this.

You have to apply the change to the whole project, not only to the .cpp
files.
As shown on img (observe on right hand side the project selection).
