Thanks a lot Akos.
Apparently 0..1 has no effect. I am using the latest version of GME, and
using the MetaGME 2004 meta interpreter.

Zawar,
cc-d is the mailing list you are looking for. Specifying 0..1 should
work, the metainterpreter is supposed to generate the appropriate
constraint. Is that not the case?
