[gme-users] Can't register paradigm

I created a project based on the metaGME paradigm and am trying to
register it as a new paradigm.  I hit the little cog wheel (metaGME 2004
Interpreter), save the xmp file, hit OK on the constraint options
dialog, and that's it.  It doesn't come back and say it successfully
generated the xml file and ask if I want the paradigm registered.  I
don't see any error messages or anything else.  Is there some why I can
debug this to see what's happening and why I can't register my paradigm?

I using GME version 5.11.18
