[gme-users] Question about pasting and GME add-ons

Hey Folks,

Is there a way to determine in an add-on when objects are being created
as a result of a paste operation (i.e., GLOBALEVENT_PASTE_BEGIN and
GLOBALEVENT_PASTE_END)? Currently, when pasting elements in GME, it
triggers the ObjectEvent method passing the OBJEVENT_CREATED as the
event flag. I have a GME addon that handles this mehtod (of course) and
generates elements when a specific element is created. The problem is
the add-on does not know the new elements are the result of a paste
operation and its trying to generate and connect elements that violate
constraints.
