[gme-users] Model Migration Tool - looking for help getting started

Does anyone know how I would begin using the Model Migration Tool (or if it
even exists)?  Alternatively, does anyone know the best approach to
upgrading models after making changes to the metamodel?

I have a metamodel that I've made some changes to and I am trying to
migrate models written under the paradigm of the old metamodel.  These
changes aren't resolved by the automatic update GME attempts.

After searching to figure out the best approach, I stumbled upon a document
talking about a Model Migration tool:

(Was an attachment in an old thread of this mailing list).
It seems to describe exactly the type of tool I'm looking for.

Problem is, I can't seem to find much more information on how to begin
using this tool - or even where it is or how to open it.

Potentially important information:
  - I am using GME v11.10.14
  - I am a novice with GME - have some experience modeling in GME and
creating BON2 interpreters

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
