[gme-users] Can't Find CreateNewComponent.exe

components, and the documentation has been updated to reflect this.

I am new to GME so I have been working through the tutorials. I am on
Tutorial 3, however I can't find the CreateNewComponent.exe file. I have
searched my C drive but it isn't there. Is there somewhere that I can
download it?
