[gme-users] Decorator project missing PathUtil.h

You're right, this file should be included in the installer, but it isn't.

It is now available at:
http://repo.isis.vanderbilt.edu/GME/13.5.23/PathUtil.h
Save in C:\Program Files (x86)\GME\SDK\DecoratorLib\

I'll include it in the installer in the next release. Sorry for the  
inconvenience.
