[gme-users] GME 14.7.28

GME 14.7.28 has been released. It is a bugfix release.

This release fixes a bug where, upon closing your project or GME, the 
"Do you want to save changes?" dialog would not appear under some 
circumstances (specifically, calling IMgaProject.FlushUndoQueue()). 
Users are urged to upgrade to prevent data loss.
