[great-users] JIRA for bug tracking and feature request

Hi all,

I am glad to announce that the JIRA bug tracking system has been
deployed for GReAT. http://escher.isis.vanderbilt.edu/JIRA 

In future I will really appreciate it if people could report the bug to
the JIRA system as well as add the requested features there.
