[great-users] new CG is available on Atlantis

Starting from Udm 2.06, general parents can be accessed by the
Udm::Obejct::container() member function.
The latest Code Generator supports this change, that is generates code
using container(). 
 
You can download the latest command line tool and GME interpreter from:
\\atlantis\project\mobies\great\bin\cg.exe
