[great-users] UserCodeLibrary in 1.5.0-r1

Not dropped but changed.
The location of user code libraries has been moved into a separe model, 
called CodeLibrary under the Configurations folder.
There is an XSLT script provided to update your old transformation 
models in the etc\ folder, called the UmtUpdater.xls
