I was able to successfully run your transformation without any changes using the latest version of GReAT (which is 1.4.0).  Which version are you using?

Is it possible to create more than one crosslink association of the same kind between two objects ?
(See the attached example,  based on House2Order).

What does 
"Exception: Fatal error in StaticObject::setAssociation(). Map insertion failed: 1" 
mean ?
