Please, try to build the project in release configuration.
UdmDllD.dll is missing from the udm 3.0.0 release, this will be fixed in
the next release.

I don't have a clue what causes the problem given the information you
provided. Please verify the system reqs again (VS 2003, GME 5.9.21). Try
to uninstall/ reinstall GReAT and Udm if you have installed VS2003 since
you installed GReAT...

Try uninstall Udm and GReAT, then reinstall them, it should work.
