[skoll] Skoll Query Interface

Hi guys,

I wrote a new bugzilla-like query page for Skoll. You can reach the query
page from the main ACE+TAO's scoreboard page

	(http://www.dre.vanderbilt.edu/scoreboard/)

Click on "Skoll Builds" link and then click on "Query Skoll DB"
link. The values in the query
forms are read from the database and they are updated according to the
selection, e.g., when you select a particular os family both the os and os
version lists get updated accordingly. Since we have only limited number
of clients reporting to the server right now you'll not be able to see
much of these features but once we add new clients they will all become clear.

Please take a look at it and play with it. Let me know what you think. New
query criteria can be added to this form.
