[tao-users] Debian 8 production.

Hello.

The provided debian/ build doesn't work with Debian 8 (jessie).
The patch attached with this message fix that.

     ACE VERSION: 6.3.3

     HOST MACHINE and OPERATING SYSTEM: Debian 8 (jessie)

     THE $ACE_ROOT/ace/config.h FILE: irrelevant.

     THE $ACE_ROOT/include/makeinclude/platform_macros.GNU FILE: irrelevant

     CONTENTS OF 
$ACE_ROOT/bin/MakeProjectCreator/config/default.features: irrelevant


     DOES THE PROBLEM AFFECT: OTHER (debian 8 build and packaging)

     SYNOPSIS:
	debuild -us -uc fails.

     DESCRIPTION:
	dpkg-buildpackage (or debuild) complains about missing files, changelog 
format, etc...

     REPEAT BY:
	uncompress ACE archive. run `debuild -us -uc`

     FIX: apply the attached patch to the debian/ directory (note: this 
patch add a dependency to quilt to handle source tree patches).
