[tao-users] How to build utils such as nslist with SSLIOP support

Hello and happy new year,

Is it possible to build nslist with SSLIOP support? I've tried building the
project with the ssl=1 option, but it seems that nslist won't attempt to
connect to the naming service using the secure port.
