[udm-dev] Udm Samples

Udm_ns samples does not compile.
1, CreateLampModel
	VC7 project file missing (fixed)
	CreateLampModel.cpp includes non-existent UdmInt.h, UdmCInt.h
(fixed)
	custom build is missing to get lampdiagram.xml
	Udm paradigm-specific user code in CreateLampModel.cpp does not
compile (even does not compile with using namespace
LampDiagram::LampDiagram;)
2, cross-links
	all above problems

Please insert this into the todo list that Zsolt sent earlier.
