[cosmic-users] Cannot create CQML project

I have to admit that I haven't used CoSMIC for a long time. Most 
recently I have used Artisan Studio 7.4, that has full support for 
CIAO/DAnCE as CCM/D&C implementation. This is part of the IDL profile 
that Atego ships with default, would recommend you to try that product also.
