This is a usual notification message telling the user the paradigm (meta-model) registered in GME is modified.
In lots of cases you have to simply click on OK.

This Attribute Resolution comes up because of that:
In the new version of the paradigm new attributes are introduced for existing kinds.
The XML was exported with a former version of the Paradigm, thus there is no information about the new attributes in the file.
If I know well, during the XML import GME assumes that existing attributes were renamed (but added), so it asks you to map the new name to a former one.
Actually, if I am right, this should be modified so that brand new attributes doesn't need to be mapped, but to be created simply with theirs default value.

In this specific case:
Into MetaGME2000 a new attribute was included called IsHotspotEnabled.
It is introduced so that the user can specify, small reds points should or should not appear when the object is going to be connected to something.
