[udm-dev] udm_ns2

udm_ns2 is partially functional:
- New UmlinUml.xme, which is backward compatible. (classes allowed  
directly in Diagram as well)
- Uml2xml works
- core libs, Udm.exe code and xsd generator
- some of the tests, with the exceptions noted below

What does not work yet:
- cross link machinery, cross link sample & test
- ocl, ocl tests
- Java cod generation
- utilities
- test generic has some problems with DOM


all code is checked in, everything compiles OK.
Simpler projects can be tested with udm_ns2.
