[ace-users] Minor fixes for Proactor example

Hi,

Please use the PRF form in the future.

I have integrated most changes, only for the plain c code I don't want to
include any ACE headers. It looks they shouldn't have an ACE_TMAIN, but a
regular main, will correct that. I have added proactor2 and 3 to the mpc
file so that we compile them in our builds.
