DESCRIPTION:
When i try to get the global scale factor implemented by ACE High_Res_Timer
Class, some times it returns the value 1000 and another time it returns
1833. Why this happens?
i thought that it was stablished only one time by detecting hardwares
settings. If this value change at any time, how can i determine the correct
scale factor to be used?
