Given that we had a teleconf. on monday i propose we don't hold another 
one today. I think we need some detailed teleconf/face_to_face, but that 
is not today (unless Todd/Joe) have a need.

So far 3 people have told me that June 5th does not work for a face to 
face meeting. Can folks please send me dates in June when they can 
travel (either to NJ or to MD) and we will try to pick a common date. I 
still think we need a face to face meeting. This will be a one day meeting.
