Aha!  I must've missed adding that example.  Anyway, you can get it from:

BTW, can you guys use CVS without any security restrictions?  It might be a
useful mechanism to provide small fixes without entailing rolling out a
whole new release.  One can also use the web-interface linked to above to
download either individual files, or even a tarball of the entire
repository!
