[cosmic-users] CIAO Quoter tutorial

Hi all,

As I understood from the Cosmic mailing list, the CIAO Quoter tutorial 
didn't work anymore.

This afternoon, I've corrected the overall deployment plan (Plan.cdp) 
and created a perl script (run_test.pl) which deploys the Broker and 
Distributor components.
In this script I also implemented the starting and stopping of the 
Distributor by invoking the StockDistributorDriver program.
Besides that, the script subscribes and unsubscribes to stock by 
invoking the StockBrokerDriver program.

The changes are committed to CIAO svn head.
