[cosmic-users] CoSMIC build fails from Git checkout again

Hi Marianne,

Unfortunately, I do not have access to the CoSMIC website to make the necessary updates. To prevent this problem from happening in the future, we will be adding a BUILD.md file to CoSMIC with the necessary instructions.
