[cosmic-users] CoSMIC build fails from Git checkout again

Hi James,

The document referred to is part of the CoSMIC repo, you should be able 
to update that document.

The CosMIC builds are configured through the autobuild git repo at 
Vanderbilt, you should also be able to change those if needed.
