[gme-users] Unable to register component

Hi,
I have a problem in using GME 10.8.18 in trying to register a dll component.

On Windows 7 (64bit)
Using option from within GME (run as administrator)

Tools>Register Components>Install New..
and selecting a .dll file I get the following message
"Unable to register component: Unspecified error"

I have tried using regsvr32 to register the dll outside of GME with no success.

Has anyone got a solution for this problem?
