rebuilding my app ?

That's a very good idea.

In addition to fixing the memory leak, you'll also have many other bug
fixes and enhancements at your disposal, as well. You may need to
recompile your application, possibly adding some new header files,
etc. I suggest you "Just Do It" and see if it works.
